This legal notice regulates the conditions of use of the aforementioned Internet portal.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

With general character the relations between Hormicad and the users of its telematic services, present in the web, are subject to the Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of ALICANTE to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.
